The Tilbury District Family Health Team is funded by the MOHLTC. Donations to the Tilbury District Family Health Team are used to enhance the services and access to health care provided to the patients and residents of the community. Tilbury District Family Health is able to issue a charitable donation receipt to you for your donation. We are deeply appreciative of the many donations received to date that have assisted us to advance the programs and services provided.
